Kathryn M. Murdock brings over 20 years of progressive experience in nursing and healthcare leadership to the company.  Along with a proven record of leadership and project management, she possesses a broad knowledge base with extensive nursing and operational competency in multiple clinical settings including, primary care, outpatient clinics, freestanding multi specialty ambulatory surgery centers, occupational health clinics, wellness clinics and homecare agency.  As President/CEO, Murdock brings her strengths in innovation, management, project development and operations, as well as her unique ability to evaluate, visualize and strategize solutions for the needs of the evolving primary care delivery landscape.

Murdock has a Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Administration from Norwich University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hartwick College, and she is a member of Phi Alpha Alpha Honor Society.  In addition to her RN license, Murdock is also Fellow of the American Colleges of Healthcare Executives (FACHE). She is also board certified as a Nurse Executive through ANCC.
