Meet the Founders

Kathryn M. Murdock, MSN, RN, NE-BC, CMPE

CEO & President

Kathryn M. Murdock brings 20 years of progressive experience in nursing and healthcare management to the company.  Along with a proven record of leadership and project management, she possesses a broad knowledge base with extensive nursing and operational competency in multiple clinical areas plus managerial operations experience with freestanding multispecialty ambulatory surgery centers, occupational health clinics, wellness clinics and homecare agency.  As President/CEO, Murdock brings her strengths in management, project development and operations, as well as her unique ability to evaluate, visualize and strategize solutions for the needs of the evolving primary care delivery landscape.

 

Murdock has a Master of Science in Nursing with a concentration in Administration from Norwich University and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing from Hartwick College, and she is a member of Phi Alpha Alpha Honor Society.  In addition to her RN license, she holds board certifications as a Medical Practice Executive (MGMA) and a Nurse Executive (ANCC). Murdock is a member of the American Colleges of Healthcare Executives (ACHE) and is board eligible for a FACHE fellowship this year.

 

Murdock’s commitment is to improve the delivery of primary care and preventative healthcare services for her local community, while promoting and enhancing primary care nursing services across the nation.

Carolyn O'Reilly, BSN, RN-BC

Vice President

Carolyn O’Reilly is a seasoned Nurse Manager with over 10 years of leadership experience in both the ambulatory clinic and in-patient arenas. In addition to primary care nursing, O’Reilly is skilled in information technology and electronic medical records, Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) standards and work flows. In her role as Vice President, she will be responsible for PPCS, Inc.’s overall clinical operational performance and will hire, oversee and evaluate the company’s roster of primary care nurses, as well as create work systems and practices related to their duties. She will also work closely with the other members of the team in the areas of strategic planning, outreach and goal-setting.

 

O’Reilly holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Utica College of Syracuse University. In addition to her RN license, she holds a board certification in Ambulatory Care Nursing (ANCC). She is passionate about patient care and providing state-of-the art healthcare delivery options to improve the quality of life for people of all ages.
